INTRODUCTION
Bankers Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., (BCHS) was established in the year 1989 under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1925. It is a legal, approved and fully developed housing Society, an ideal and attractive place for construction of houses. All facilities such as Electricity, Sui Gas, Sewerage, Water Supply etc., are available in the Society. It is worthwhile to mention here that as a result of construction of Lahore Ring Road (Package-17), Ramp-I, Service Lane and Interchange, Bankers Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., has now become one of the prime located Societies in this area. The network of the Society has been increased to more than 400 crores. The total number of plots of the Society of different sizes are 967 whereas members of the Society are 629. The External Audits of BCHS of the preceding years since its establishment are complete upto 30-06-2016 by the Auditors (Chartered Accountants) appointed by the Registrar Cooperatives, Punjab.
The Bankers Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., is a growing Society which provides members satisfaction of all types as well as renders services relating to provision of plots and construction of houses/ buildings of latest modern standard. As it has become a necessity to discover new avenues of healthy livings, and as in these days of population explosion, it is becoming increasingly impossible to live a close circuit family life. The traditional city of Lahore has become insufficient to hold the increasing population within and the continuous influx of people from suburbs and other cities, therefore, the Bankers Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., is a serious attempt to cope with the problems and provides natural environment to the deprived citizens of Lahore.
